C-Mount Adapters
C-Mount Adapters are used to attach regular 35mm lenses to equipment and accessories which accept 1" 32 tpi threads. These are most commonly found on video cameras, camcorders, and modified QuickCams. C-mount adapters are available for all major camera lens brands, including the Canon EOS.
Multi-Adapter for Medium Format Cameras
The STI Multi-Adapter was specially developed to attach a Pentax 6x7, Kiev 60, Mamiya 645, or Contax to your telescope. Using it, both the camera and a Series IV 'Stiletto' can attach either to a 2" drawtube, or directly to standard 2" threads of the SCT. This design was used to minimize vignetting. The adapter nosepiece accepts standard 2" filters. The SCT adapter ring accommodates the use of both focal reducers and filters. Since the female bayonet attachment is standard, medium format extension tubes and other accessories are easily attached.
Extension Tubes
An extension tube is required when 
using a separate Color Filter Wheel with your camera. Since adding a CFW increases the backfocus distance of your camera, the extension tube is used to add the necessary additional length to the Series IV focuser. The tube slips over the nosepiece and is adjustable. CCD cameras which have an integral CFW do not require this extension.
Series IV CCD Nosepieces & Camera Adapter
STI offers additional 1.25" and 2" nosepieces to use in conjunction with your camera. CCD nosepieces among manufacturers are not standardized and are not normally interchangeable due to differences in the depth of their flanges. While we include a standard nosepiece with the Series IV CCD, you may wish to add another one to use on your camera. This approach will guarantee that the backfocus distance is maintained between the camera and the Series IV. While you may use your CCD nosepiece on the Series IV in lieu of the one included with it, adding an additional matching nosepiece allows you to easily swap-in and swap-out . Until the CCD industry standardizes attachments, this is the best solution available. Our 2" CCD nosepiece has a standard M42x.75mm female t-thread to attach to all CCD cameras using this spec. It also can be used in conjunction with a standard T-ring to attach your 35mm camera directly to 2" drawtubes. The 1.25" nosepiece can be used in the same way to easily swap the Series IV and your camera in and out of your drawtube in a flash. For 35mm cameras, you simply need two t-rings and two nosepieces, either 1.25" or 2".
Attachment Accessories 
Attachment accessories are quality items which will interface seamlessly with other astro accessories. Standard T-rings are available for all 35mm camera brands. Our low profile T-adapter to the right measures only 1.5" to add as little as possible to backfocus distance. And our fixed eyepiece projection adapter to the left allows for quick swapping of cameras and Series IV focusers in regular 1.5" drawtubes. All accessories are made of heavy aluminum and black anodized.
Our unique SCT to T-thread adapter with 2" female SCT threads and male t-thread minimizes backfocus..
2" and 1.25" parfocal rings are also handy items.
