Series IV focusers for medium format cameras are manufactured by attaching the appropriate  MF adapter to a smaller 35mm adapter.  For example, the Pentax 67 model comes with a Pentax 67 adapter B which fits to a Pentax-K 35mm mount.  In this fashion, the Series IV focuser may be used with not only your medium format camera, but with the corresponding 35mm camera as well !
