The Series IV P67 model is designed around a standard Pentax-K bayonet mount. A Pentax 6x7 adapter is included that attaches to this. Thus, if you have have both Pentax-K and a Pentax 67 cameras, you can use this same focuser on either unit The P67 adapter is a Pentax original and comes in the original Pentax packaging with instrucitons.
