Terms of Sale
No minimum order is necessary. Prices shown in this online catalog do not include shipping, nor any applicable sales taxes.
Payment
We accept credit card payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as payment through PayPal or by Money Order. COD orders are not accepted. Terms of Trade (T/T) will apply to foreign companies. In all cases, payment must be made prior to shipment of goods.
If using PayPal to pay for your order, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal site after completing your order online.
Mail Orders and Money Orders should be sent to our physical address.
NOTE: For the protection of our customers, Stellar Technologies International actively pursues credit card fraud. We reserve the right to request payment by International Money Order or refuse orders from customers in certain countries in Eastern Europe, Malaysia, and the Middle East. Shipping and Billing addresses must be identical or orders may be refused.
Shipping Charges
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. Shipments within the United States are normally made daily through UPS or FedEx; however, small orders may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail at a lower rate and with weekend delivery. Overseas orders are normally shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail (see below). In any case, only actual shipping charges are applied.
If a package is returned to us due to being refused, unclaimed or undeliverable to the address specified, the buyer is responsible for any and all reshipping expenses incurred. Make sure the shipping address is correct when ordering and that someone will be available to accept delivery at that address.The approximate average UPS/FedEx shipping cost in $US for delivery within the United States as shown during checkout is approximate. Actual charges will vary according to your exact zone location and package requirement. We do not charge a handling fee.
Other Countries: Shipment is made by USPS Global Priority Mail (where available) and you are charged the actual shipping amount. International Priority Mail (EMS) deliveries normally take 3-8 days and are the most economical. Larger shipments or shipments to countries not serviced by EMS are normally sent via USPS Air Parcel Post. Please inquire about the specific shipping charge to your country. USPS Global Express, FedEx, UPS, and DHL services are also available to any country, but at an additional charge. Please inquire about a specific carrier rate before ordering, or notify us of your carrier account number if you would like goods shipped freight collect.
Depending upon the destination country, customs clearance my take up to 8 weeks depending on the current terrorist alert level. Please allow at least this time period to pass before reporting any non-delivery to us. Undeliverable goods may take up to 3 months to be returned to us. Reshipment cannot be made until their return. Overseas customers are responsible for all custom duties, applicable local taxes in their area, or any necessary reshipping costs. We are happy to report that no package has ever been lost to overseas customers in over 80 countries we have done business with, but significant delays have been experienced in some countries. Please be patient. Packages are not trackable once in local customs regardless of the carrier specified.

If you will be visiting the United States, delivery to a private or corporate address here is also possible if arranged well in advance; however, we do not ship to general temporary addresses such as hotels .
Damaged Shipments
All orders are packed with great care to guarantee that our instruments reach you in good condition. Should a shipment arrive in badly damaged condition, immediately file a claim with the carrier, saving all boxes and packing materials for inspection by their agent, and notify us of all actions taken. If there is minor damage only, please contact us immediately for a replacement part.
Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back Clear Sky Guarantee on all products sold. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us immediately. A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns beyond this period or items returned in damaged condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items should be returned in their original condition (no scratches, smudges,etc.) to avoid a restocking fee. Custom-made items or items with non-standard user-specified backfocus distances are non-refundable.
A one-year parts warranty is extended to original owners of our products on manufacturing defects.
Returns
If you plan on returning a product for repair or upgrade, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. This will guarantee that the service you request will be carried out properly on your unit. Items returned should always be accompanied by a copy of emails exchanged between us, your shipping information,and a check or credit card information for return shipping to you. If you ship from a mailing center, make sure your own name and address are included in the shipment.
